How to get to El Calafate
El Calafate has, since 1999, with an international airport, located 22 km from our city. He arriving daily flights from Buenos Aires, Ushuaia, Bariloche, Trelew, and soon from Córdoba and Mendoza. You can choose among several airlines, the most frequent Aerolineas Argentinas and LADE. Also arriving flights from Chile, through the company DPA.
Travel in Bus.
Companies that communicate with our destiny are: Andesmar, CT and The Penguin, Don Otto. All of them will take to Rio Gallegos, where it must combine with local companies to get to El Calafate. The stretch between Buenos Aires and Rio Gallegos delay about 36 pm.
Another option to hear the Patagonian Andes is travelling from Bariloche stopping off in Esquel, Perito Moreno and Chalten. The company Chaltén Travel provides the service.
